Fix

Hold down the Windows key and press X then click Control Panel.
Click Programs.
Within Programs and Features click Turn Windows features on or off.
Select the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 check box, so it shows as on, then click OK.
Click Download files from Windows Update, then click Restart now.

Further from Sage -

You may be aware that following a recent Windows 10 update, we've had reports that some of you can't access Sage Accounts. The software may not open at all or you could receive an error message. This is because the update clears a setting on your computer that you need to open your software.
