Annoying issue when trying to install a new app.

You may get an error 0x80072ee2. It will also say that your internet connection is slow.

Go into the Troubleshooter. Go into the Windows Update. Let it run. The chances are that it will find nothing. Take the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR option. This will fix database errors. Try again.

You may need to repeat this more than once.
