microsoft.explorer.notification in Windows 10
« on: October 25, 2017, 09:18:47 am »
With the latest Windows 10 version these seem to be popping up annoyingly as there is no explanation as to what they refer to.

You will find reference to them in the Registry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications\Backup

To turn them off go into File Explorer then Options. Go into Folder Options and View.

Remove the tick from Show sync provider notifications and Apply.

Perhaps Microsoft will tell us what they are doing?
