We discovered a bug in the TPN Web Services that occurred in rare instances when returning POD images.
It only occurred if there were multiple POD records for the consignment and the first record did not contain an image. In this case no image or POD information was returned.
This problem has now been fixed by TPN.
The TPN SOAP program was not at fault but has been updated to give detailed failure information so that in future any anomalies can be reported and resolved quicker.
